 "Every successful indoor space provides food." Do you agree? I agree with the opinion that successful indoor spaces provide food. This is because most of the indoor spaces that people frequently visit provide food. For example, the movie theater provides popcorn, coke, etc. and the restaurant and the cafe also provide food. They even sell food in subway stations. Food is essential to human space, so it is necessary to provide food in order for the indoor space to succeed.

  Is the ERICA campus well designed? Could it be better? I think the Erica campus of Hanyang University is well designed. First of all, it is located on a flat surface, so it is comfortable and not dangerous for students to walk around on campus. And compared to the large campus, the buildings where lectures are held are gathered, so it is convenient to move the buildings. At the same time, there are many quiet places, so it's good to take a walk. However, it is not accessible because there are not many subway stations or bus stops in terms of location.

From those who observed in the streets and restaurants, I could find Goffman's theory of Regions and Realizing Action of Communication out of Character. The behavior of the people I observed was so routine that I was aware of it before this project, but when I learned about Goffman's theory and observed it, I was proud to know about people's psychology. With this project, I learned that people's unconscious, unintentional behavior is also socially affected. I was amazed at that. This project seems to have been more interesting than fun. It was interesting to observe people and associate it with theory.

The yellow ribbons originated in the United States when families of those who participated in the war tied yellow ribbons to trees and waited for their safe return. After a song released by Tony Orlando and Dawn in 1973, it became a symbol of missing and remembering people far away. In other words, the yellow ribbon is a symbol of hope for a return. In Korea, a yellow ribbon campaign was launched on April 16, 2014, when many students went missing in the wake of the sinking of Ferry Sewol, and wished for their safe return. Many people in Korea participated in the yellow ribbon campaign and I carried yellow ribbon badges in my bag throughout middle and high school. The yellow ribbon is a symbol of wishing for a safe return, and in Korea, it is a symbol of remembrance of the Ferry Sewol victims.

  How should a student act in order for the teacher to think the student is  paying attention  in class? What do do and what not to do? You have to show by action that you are concentrating on the class and trying to understand it. Because teachers can't notice if they don't mark it. The student makes eye contact with the teacher and nods, indicating that he is listening well in class. It also asks questions and expresses doubts and informs you that you were concentrating. Students should not bend their heads to their desks or stare into space. This means that he is not concentrating. Lectures are two-way communication, not one-way communication. For quality lectures, interaction with teachers through the indication of concentration and concentration of students is important.

How do we shape our behavior because of others?  Other people don't shape my behavior, but it affects my behavior very little or quite a bit.   What is more important  : the actions of individuals or the environment that influences them? I think the behavior of individuals is very much affected by their environment. Even if each person has a different personality, if he or she does the same thing under any circumstances, it is because the same environment has affected him or her. For example, there are person who have neat personalities and person who don't. The two have grown up in an environment where they have different ideas about cleanliness but take off their shoes. So when they get home, they both take off their shoes first. This is not an action that is caused by differences in personal perspectives, but by the influence of the surrounding environment. And I think the reason why people prefer good school districts is because the behavior of individuals is influenced by the environment around them. I have been interested in sociology since I was in high school. But at that time, there was not enough time and conditions to study sociology. So I'm only interested and don't know anything about sociology. I took this course because I was curious about how sociology is permeated into everyday life and wanted to learn about sociology.
