WEEK 5. Are students giving gifts to professors trying to bribe them into getting better grades?

I think as utilitarian ideas seep into the campus, college students give teachers gifts, and from emotional interaction to achievement. Many college students see gift giving as a way of accumulating more people's connections, and this psychology has led to the loss of communication between college students and the loss of communication between them and the exchange of interests. The fundamental value of the gift, in its "gift," is the expression of the etiquette.

WEEK 8. Which subway stations are good? Which are bad? Why?

The good and bad of subway stations are closely related to the number of local passenger flows and the surrounding environment.the metro area is a roadway connecting two adjacent stations, and he directly relates to safe operation of the vehicle. The rationality and economy of sectional design have a great influence on total subway investment and also on the comfort of passengers and the increase in train speed.

WEEK 8. Would you agree that "What attracts people most is other people"?

Whether you feel good or bad, what you don't want or what you want, it just responds to what you think. There is no distinction between good and evil in the universe, so when you express what frequency, what attracts you is what kind of things.what attracts us is complementary, but in fact it is often people who are similar to us."Because the nature of man is narcissistic, he likes people who are similar to himself, such as people"We admire people with talent and ability, but in essence because they are the people we crave to be, so that's what they are, and what they have is what we don't have right now.People of the same character attract each other to be friends together, and not people of the same character will be estranged from each other without a chemical reaction.

week 5 extra) What’s the front of a TV idol?

Idols have a long history of origin. They worship idols in every corner of the world. Aborigines in Africa and Latin America use natural objects such as rocks, rivers, and suns; indigenous people in East Asia generally prefer idols such as kings, fairies, heroes, and heroes; and indigenous people in Central Asia and Europe generally prefer idols such as gods, angels, demons, and spirits. Idols should be more representative of a motivational factor that leads people to positive upward.Because I want to be on the same stage with my idol, I want to practice singing and acting, because I want to write a best-selling book like my idol and practice writing, because I want to be an expert in the field and study hard for my studies, and because I want to be an idol like myself, I want to be an expert in action.i think this is idol.

W4. Extra ) the Interaction Assignment

First, I conducted mutual observation activities with my partner. Experimented in public and observed the reactions of passers-by.I can see the passers-by react very differently, and we try to understand it with the Goffman's theory, the difference between the front and the back.  Second,Through this experiment, we had a better understanding and better analysis of Goffman's theory of drama.  Finally, I think the experiment is more interesting, interacting with strangers during the experiment, making us feel that sociology is a very interesting subject.

W4. Extra ) What is drama?

Movies make you famous, televisions make you rich, but plays make you better.                                                                                                        -- Terrence Mann The novel is more of a whisper, and the stage is a shout.I think "drama" is a kind of performance art that concentrates on the way we've experienced some of the more typical experiences we've experienced in our lives. Drama was created to tell people the true meaning of life and social phenomena.I believe that in a big city, or even a small town or village, a good theater is a visual outward sign of its inner cultural possibilities.

Week 3 What can we learn from a breaching experiment?

It helps us combine simple theories with complex phenomena.I think doing a breaching experiment can put us in a different way of thinking.exploring experiments in unknown fields requires the accumulation of basic experiments and experience, so I think that breaching experiment is good for us.through experiments one can guess and analyze people by their appearance, movements, and expressions.

"One of the signs of maturity is that knowing that 99 percent of what happens to you every day makes no sense to others."                                                                                                  --Mark Bauerlein  I think we're having psychological disturbances because of other people, pay too much attention to what others think of us.the psychology of climbing in everyday life, learn the virtues of others to achieve psychological balance.so we'll change ourselves because of him.  On the other hand, I think it has something to do with the surrounding environment.

Week 2. How should a student act in order for the teacher to think the student is paing attention in class? What do do and what not to do?

Personally, I think there are three things that get the teacher's attention in class.  1. Excellent grades. you may have caught a lot of attention in the teacher's eyes.I think teachers may be focusing on student grades rather than students.  2. The most active students in the class. the teacher's class maybe is boring. I think there should be some kind of active people in class. It gives humor to the class when it's boring.  3. Students whose teachers feel powerless. such students are often the focus of the teacher's attention and cannot be separated from the teacher's eyes. the office is also the second “home ”for such students.            question:What do do and what not to do in class?  Follow classroom discipline and ask more questions to promote teacher-student relationship and coordinate with the teacher in class and don't interrupt.

Week 1 extra) Why are you taking this class?

Why are you taking this class?   After understanding sociology through last term,I think sociology is a near-life subject and interesting.the emergence of various social problems is closely related to our daily lives.I think studying sociology may help us see clearly the working logic of our society and may change our lives.  For example, technological innovation and progress have brought about the prosperity of the media platform and the sharing economy, and how do we view these problems in sociology?it seems that every event, every hot item, is closely related to the order of our lives.against this background, it is even more necessary for us to study sociology in depth, and to use a sociological perspective to help us understand the world better.
