Week 4 Extra: What is Drama? Please try to describe theater as if you were explaining this concept to a person who never heard of it.

A drama is a work about a fictional character, not a real one. The characters face an event, conflict, and eventually the process of solving it is expressed. These are all fictional characters and events created in the imagination of the author. Video clips that are developed in the form of stories are usually called dramas.

Erving Goffman suggested a theory called Dramaturgy in this regard. It describes the behavior of individuals in society to manipulate their identity appropriately and strategically in social reality.
