Extra] What is the relation between Wikipedia and collective intelligence?

 


I think Wikipedia and collective intelligence are very relevant. Because if one person writes on Wikipedia, it can be easily modified by another person. Even if one person writes the wrong information on Wikipedia, a vast amount of information is accumulated because someone else can easily modify it. And the information is correct through modification. Collective intelligence has enabled Wikipedia to provide people with a lot of information and quality information.

The Interaction Assignment. What did you do? What did you learn? Was it fun?  I conducted a Breaching experiment for project 1. I was in a situation where I couldn't carry out my observations face-to-face. So I did an experiment using Kakao Talk, and this was the difference from Goffman. I broke the promise of my relationship with my friend through Kakao Talk. I replied coldly and badly to my friend(participant), who always exchanged friendly words. And my friend thought I had a complaint or something was wrong. It was the same view that Goffman looked at individuals who broke the rules in society.
