Week 2 extra) What is more important: the actions of individuals or the environment that influences them?

 What is more important: the actions of individuals or the environment that influences them? What's your opinion in this question.

This is truly difficult question because both of them are really important factors to anyone. However, I think the actions of individuals is more influence to people. For instance, I'm teaching middle school student at the community center. They really don't want to studying. Their surrounding environment are perfectly normal, but their school grade are not good. Because they don't want to study.

This is why I think the actions of individuals is more important.

 I think that in order to design a silver street, we must give comfort and enjoyment to the street people first. And we have to give the streets vitality and life. To do that, we have to get people to look for it. First of all, one of the ways is to make the street itself beautiful. For example, the mural village was initially used only by residents. However, painting beautiful pictures on the walls attracted not only residents but also many people, and became a vibrant street. It is also helpful to design not only the street but also the periphery of the street. If there are shops around the street that people are likely to find, the street will be full of vitality.
