Appearance plays a major role in determining the first impression. When we first meet other people, we usually don't have information about them, so we reflect what we see in our impressions. We judge people by their gender, race, as well as their clothes, hairstyles, makeup, etc.

However, this impression can be changed enough with just a short conversation with them. In the process of communication, good impressions and bad impressions are divided by their speech, gestures, and reactions. It's because most people feel that this person can get along with me by mixing a word.

If we get to know their social relationships later on, it can help us understand their impressions. (Through their social status, jobs, family relationships, etc.)
