What symbols do you see, and how do they influence our behavior?


Through the symbol of traffic lights, people walk on crosswalks and drive. Through the pictograms of women and men, people enter the bathroom. (That pictogram is sexist... lol) The red day of the calendar is an official holiday. People sigh when they see the 'Closed' sign in front of the restaurant. The ring on the fourth finger is a coupling. Besides, there are so many symbols in our society.

 I think that in order to design a silver street, we must give comfort and enjoyment to the street people first. And we have to give the streets vitality and life. To do that, we have to get people to look for it. First of all, one of the ways is to make the street itself beautiful. For example, the mural village was initially used only by residents. However, painting beautiful pictures on the walls attracted not only residents but also many people, and became a vibrant street. It is also helpful to design not only the street but also the periphery of the street. If there are shops around the street that people are likely to find, the street will be full of vitality.
