W2. What is more important: the actions of individuals or the environment that influences them?
I think environment is more important to a person than individual behavior. I think that when people are in infancy, they learn from their environment and are influenced by their surroundings to form personalities. As the saying goes that a child is a 'mirror' of his or her parents, he or she copies what they say and do. No one learns and realizes alone from birth. As someone teaches children moral behavior and social norms, they grow into mature people.
Some examples of criminals who have caused a great stir in our society suggest that their home environment was poor and affected their personalities. Therefore, for individuals, the environment that affects them seems to be more important than the individual's behavior.
